1. Functional Trainer
   The Functional Trainer component includes two graduated weight stacks of 200 lbs each. Commercial Grade aircraft cable is used on throughout the F650. The Adjustable pin makes for a quick adjustment of the pulley bracket. The universal carabiners allow to multiple expandable accessories (sold separately).
2. Smith Machine
   The counter balanced Smith Machine component is angled for natural body movement to provide a STRONG and SAFE workout. Re-rack your Smith bar with ease into any height position you need.
