Yes, Sparks has an in-house install crew with years of experience that is responsible for ensuring your gym flooring is properly cut, installed & secured according to the manufacturers specifications. Sparks delivery crew work fast and are experienced so you don't have to worry about your floors getting damaged or scratched in your home gym. The crew also takes all the trash/packaging, pallet materials with them after install is complete, which is a plus because even if I break it down the packaging still doesn't fit in my trash bins.
For a basic blueprint, take the length and width of the space you want to cover with gym flooring and that measurement will tell you the area you need to cover. Rubber and Foam flooring tiles have different uses. Foam is good for doing floor work such as sit-ups, planks and kids play areas because of how soft and gentle the foam is. If you are looking for something to put your cardio or strength machines, dumbbells, bars/plates or squat racks, or other strength equipment; Rubber Gym flooring is what is recommended because Rubber will protect your floors, durability, very stable lifting surface for exercise such as deadlifts, squats, bench pressing. Rubber is also great for cardio and strength machines by proving a stable surface which will keep your machines more sturdy and not create any imprints on the floor below even if you put 100's of lbs on the rubber flooring, your floor beneath will be protected.
