Delivery, Installation & Setup
Online Purchase: A Sparks Team Member will reach out to you via phone or email to confirm your order and set a 1-hour delivery window with you.
In-Store Purchase: Sparks Team Member will offer you a 1-hour delivery window at the time of purchase.
This isn’t our first rodeo, Sparks Fitness is no stranger to delivering fitness equipment to your home or gym. Our staff will ask you, “who, what, where and how” questions when scheduling with you and provide this information to our delivery team so they can deliver to your home properly.
How does this work? Step 1: Your equipment is unboxed from the packaging and assembled in our designated equipment assembly zone by our In-House Trained Professionals. This team is responsible for calibrating, tuning and testing your equipment to ensure the highest quality and performance.
Step 2: Your equipment is securely loaded into our own delivery vehicle which has an enclosed cuboid-shaped cargo area. Our delivery vehicle is also fitted with a 5,000lb rated lift gate to ensure we can delivery any order.
Step 3: Once our In-House Delivery Team arrives they will Install & Setup your equipment in the room of your choice and remove any packaging materials upon their departure..
Upon order confirmation, Our online department will be contacting you via phone or email to confirm your order has been shipped. We also provide additional services to assistance you with receiving your order. Contact the online shipping department for a list of available services in your home or commercial address.
What is ‘Traditional Online-Only’ Price?
When we feature a ‘Traditional Online-Only’ price on gym flooring products, this price represents the estimated price that other online gym flooring retailers charge for similar-quality product.
Almost all online-only retailers show a low price on the product page but add anywhere from $100-$1,000+ dollars for freight when you add the product to checkout. Online-only retailers do not allow customers to pick up their flooring if they don't want to pay for shipping.
At Sparks the price you see on our website is what you will pay in store or online, no hidden fees. This way we are able to offer the lowest prices on quality gym flooring because our customers can choose what is best for them; either free in store pick up, local delivery or installation options. This way our customers can maximize on savings while not sacrificing on quality.
We research prices across the industry to ensure these retail prices represent realistic competitor pricing, but we encourage our customers to conduct their own individual research.

Here's how it works:
During checkout, choose Store Pickup and select your store
We'll show you an estimated pickup date
Place your order and wait to receive a "Ready for pickup" email (this is a separate email from your order confirmation)
Bring your ID, credit card and order number to the store and pick up your items
We'll hold your items at the store for 5 days; if you don't make it in by then, we'll cancel the order and refund your method of payment
If you can’t pick up your order within 5 days and you don’t want it to be canceled, let store staff know
Bring to the store:
Your government-issued photo ID
The credit card used for the purchase (if a credit card was used)
Your order number
At the store:
Some stores have reserved parking spaces for Store Pickup — they're right up front
Inside, look for the Store Pickup sign at the front of the store, or ask the Sparks staff at the door to point you in the right direction
A few more things to know:
There’s no charge for Store Pickup
Products may be larger than expected due to their packaging; please keep this in mind when considering what vehicle you use to pick up your order
Allow extra time to pick up large items like Dumbbell & Home Gym Packages and Bigger items
Virtual and one-time-use credit cards cannot be used for Store Pickup
Pre-ordered items will be available for pickup on or after their release date.
