Before your delivery, we carefully inspect and prep your equipment to make sure everything is ready for your scheduled day. Our crew uses live tracking software so you’ll receive updates as we head to your address. Once we arrive, we’ll walk through the space with you and plan the best way to bring in your equipment safely. We handle all the heavy machines, packaging, fully assemble your machine, and test it to ensure it’s calibrated and working perfectly. Every installation is backed by our Sparks warranty for 100% customer satisfaction.
Most of our products are in stock and can be picked up day of purchase. Delivery times vary depending on the product, but we work hard to get orders out quickly. Local customers often receive equipment faster, and we’ll always give you a clear estimate upfront.

We are located in Dallas, Texas and ship nationwide across the United States. Our showroom is open Monday-Saturday for in-person visits and consultations.

Depending on the service you choose curbside delivery, full delivery with installation, or nationwide shipping we’ll set everything up for you. You’ll receive a link to pick a delivery day that works best for your schedule. For larger installs, we may also do a quick walkthrough of your space ahead of time to make sure we bring the right tools and crew to get the job done smoothly.
