The Smith Machine portion of the SM-4033 allows you to safely squat and bench press without the need for a spotter. The pulley system works with the arm presses, seated rowing cable, and cable crossovers to deliver an intense workout once thought to only be available at the gym.
To add body weight training, the SM-4033 Smith Machine includes many Power Tower features. Use the multi-grip pull-up bar for pull-ups, chin-ups, etc. Complete dips using the height adjustable dip handles.
The SM-4033 bench provides countless exercises. The weight bench back pad adjusts between -27 degrees and 76 degrees to pinpoint different muscles during your workouts. The bench seat pad is adjustable to ensure your comfort.
The SM-4033 includes an adjustable / detachable preacher curl pad to target your biceps. In addition, just below the preacher pad you’ll find a curl bar rest to easily rest in between sets. When not in use, easily move the bench using the attached transport wheels.
To add to the list of conveniences, the Marcy Smith Machine SM-4033 comes with several attachments / pieces of equipment – Short Bar, Triceps Rope, Cable Handle (2), and a LandMine attachment. When not in use, easily store your bar and weights using the included bar holder and weight posts.
The SM-4033 does not have a leg press or leg developer and one cannot be added to the unit. Calf raises and squats using the included smith bar would target the same muscles, however.

Depending on the service you choose curbside delivery, full delivery with installation, or nationwide shipping we’ll set everything up for you. You’ll receive a link to pick a delivery day that works best for your schedule. For larger installs, we may also do a quick walkthrough of your space ahead of time to make sure we bring the right tools and crew to get the job done smoothly.
